Epson launches four new business printers

OEM expands WorkForce line of business printers with four new all-in-one models.

Epson has announced the release of four new all-in-one WorkForce printers designed for business use which offer additional features for increased productivity and cost saving, including an improved user interface, multiple paper trays, automatic duplex printing and ink savings claimed to be 40 percent cheaper than using colour laser.

The Epson WorkForce WF-3540, WF-3520, WF-2540 and WF-2530 include built-in WiFi and enable users to print from mobile devices using Epson Connect. They are also compatible with Google Cloud Print, have a “more robust” product design for twice the durability and are claimed to save up to 70 percent in energy use.

The WF-3540 and WF-3520 models are claimed to offer the world’s fastest two-sided print speeds, with speeds reaching 15 ISO pages per minute when printing in black and white and 9.2 ISO pages per minute for colour printing. Meanwhile, the WF-2540 and WF-2530 models are designed to be space saving and are claimed to be the smallest printers in their category

The new printer models are available at prices ranging from $99.99 (€77.48) for the WorkForce WF-2530 to $199.99 (€156) for the WorkForce WF-3540.
